Grassroots wanted to pitch their reward and recognition employee solutions to potential blue chip customers Australia wide. As these clients tread many business disciplines (Board level, HR, Operations and departmental directors) they are difficult to track down and find within larger organisations. As many Employee Reward and Recognition systems answer to multiple internal stakeholders who often don’t know about these solutions they require a fresh approach to capture their attention.
The outcome
Jackett delivered a cross-media DM and eDM campaign coupled with web landing page driven towards data capture and customer engagement. Called ‘Soar to Success’, prospects were sent a teaser followed by a instructions and a customised flat pack paper plane complete with company and personal livery. Prospects were encouraged to register details online and partake in a longest distance competition. Follow-up was completed via emails and phone calls generating qualified leads for their front line sales teams to pursue.
